Our 24-Hour Shipping Process
Once your purchase is complete and contract signed, we begin our meticulous 24-hour preparation process to ensure your puppy’s safe journey.
Final Health Check & Documentation
Within 24 hours of completed purchase, your puppy receives a final veterinary examination and health certificate. All travel documents are prepared and organized.
Travel Preparation & Acclimation
Puppy is introduced to travel crate, fed according to travel schedule, and given plenty of exercise before departure to ensure comfort during travel.
Transportation Coordination
We coordinate with professional pet transporters, provide all documentation, and schedule pickup for optimal travel timing based on weather and distance.
Departure & Tracking
Puppy departs with travel kit and documentation. You receive tracking information and estimated arrival time. Transporters provide regular updates.

How We Prepare Puppies for Travel
Feeding Schedule Adjustment
We adjust feeding schedules 24 hours before travel to minimize digestive issues during transit. Puppies receive their final meal 4-6 hours before departure.
Crate Acclimation
Puppies are gradually introduced to travel crates days before departure. We make crates comfortable with familiar bedding and toys from our home.
Pre-Travel Health Check
Final veterinary examination within 24 hours of departure to ensure travel readiness. Health certificates are issued for travel requirements.
Documentation Preparation
All required travel documents, health certificates, vaccination records, and ownership papers are prepared in a waterproof travel folder.
Travel Kit Preparation
Each puppy travels with a kit containing transition food, care instructions, comfort items with familiar scents, and emergency contact information.
Handler Introduction
When possible, puppies meet their transport handlers before departure to establish comfort and familiarity for the journey.

For families within 4 hours driving distance of our Massachusetts location, local pickup is available by appointment only.
4-Hour Radius Limitation
To minimize travel stress on puppies, local pickup is limited to within 4 hours driving distance. This is specified in our sales contract to protect puppy well-being.
Appointment Scheduling
Pickups are scheduled by appointment only to ensure we can provide personalized attention and complete documentation review during your visit.
Facility Tour Option
Local pickup families may request a tour of our home and facilities to see where puppies are raised (subject to scheduling and biosecurity protocols).
In-Person Documentation
All documentation is reviewed and signed in person. You’ll receive complete paperwork packet and have opportunity to ask questions directly.
Important Pickup Requirements
For local pickup, please bring a secure pet carrier or travel crate for your puppy’s safe journey home. We recommend planning your trip during mild weather conditions and scheduling breaks if your drive exceeds 2 hours. Puppies should not travel more than 4 hours in one day to prevent excessive stress.
