Our Health Guarantee Coverage
Immediate Coverage (Days 1-3)
Your puppy arrives with a health certificate from our licensed veterinarian. You have 72 hours to have your own veterinarian examine your puppy. Any health concerns discovered during this period are fully covered.
30-Day Comprehensive Coverage
For the first 30 days, your puppy is covered for any life-threatening congenital or hereditary conditions. This includes conditions that would significantly impact your puppy’s quality of life or require extensive veterinary care.
2-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
We provide a 2-year guarantee against severe genetic disorders. If your puppy develops a covered genetic condition within two years, we offer specific remedies as outlined in our contract.
Lifetime Support & Guidance
While our formal guarantee has specific timeframes, our commitment to your puppy’s well-being is lifelong. We provide ongoing support, guidance, and advice for your puppy’s entire life.
What Our Guarantee Covers
Congenital Conditions
Life-threatening congenital defects present at birth but not immediately apparent. Coverage includes conditions affecting major organs or systems.
Hereditary Disorders
Genetic conditions common to specific breeds that manifest within the guarantee period. Coverage includes conditions documented in veterinary literature.
Viral Conditions
Coverage for parvo, distemper, or other serious viral conditions contracted before leaving our care, with proper vaccination documentation provided.

Parasite Prevention
Regular deworming and parasite prevention from 2 weeks of age. All puppies are parasite-free at time of transfer, confirmed by veterinary testing.

How to Make a Health Guarantee Claim
Immediate Veterinary Examination
Within 72 hours of receiving your puppy, have them examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice. This examination establishes a baseline health record.
Documentation & Diagnosis
If a health concern arises, your veterinarian must provide a written diagnosis with supporting test results. All documentation must be signed by the attending veterinarian.
Contact Us Immediately
Notify us within 24 hours of diagnosis. Provide all veterinary documentation. We will review the case and consult with our veterinarian if needed.
Resolution Options
Based on the diagnosis and our contract terms, we will present resolution options which may include veterinary cost reimbursement or puppy replacement under specific circumstances.
Contract Compliance
All resolutions are subject to compliance with our sales contract terms, including proper care, vaccination schedules, and regular veterinary visits as specified.
Guarantee Exclusions & Limitations
Our guarantee is comprehensive but has specific exclusions for fairness and clarity
- Conditions resulting from accidents, injury, or neglect after leaving our care
- Health issues arising from improper care, nutrition, or environment
- Failure to follow recommended vaccination and veterinary care schedules
- Minor conditions that don’t affect quality of life or require significant treatment
- Conditions diagnosed after guarantee periods have expired
- Cosmetic issues not affecting health or well-being
- Conditions resulting from breeding or pregnancy
- Health issues in puppies not examined by a veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt
- Behavioral issues or training-related concerns
- Conditions that cannot be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian’s written diagnosis
